There’s something about peanut butter and jelly that never really leaves you.
But this version takes it further.
Warm, golden biscuit sandwiches filled with a gooey peanut butter and jelly center that melts together in every bite. Soft on the outside, rich and slightly sweet inside—just like your favorite childhood snack, all grown up.

What you’ll need
• 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
• ½ cup peanut butter
• ½ cup strawberry or grape jelly
• 2 tbsp melted butter
Optional topping:
• Powdered sugar
• Extra peanut butter drizzle
How it comes together
Flatten each biscuit slightly.
Add a small spoon of peanut butter and jelly in the center.
Top with another piece of dough and seal the edges to form a sandwich.
Brush lightly with melted butter.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10–12 minutes until golden.
The best part
Break one open while it’s still warm.
The peanut butter and jelly melt together into a soft, rich center that blends perfectly with the fluffy biscuit.
It’s simple, nostalgic, and impossible to stop at just one.
