Summer Berry and Peach Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups whipped topping
  • 2 fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tbsp peach preserves (optional, for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Press the crumb mixture into the base of a springform or pie pan to form the crust.
  3. Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gently fold in vanilla extract and whipped topping until well combined.
  5. Pour filling over crust and smooth out the top with a spatula.
  6. Chill the cheesecake in the fridge for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Top with fresh peach slices and mixed berries.
  8. Optional: Drizzle peach preserves on top for a glossy finish.
