- 1 lb (454g) fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup (55g) brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 sleeve of graham crackers, crushed
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup (56g) melted butter
- 8 oz (226g) cream cheese
- 1 cup (250ml) condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Wash and chop the strawberries, then mix with brown sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Crush graham crackers into crumbs and mix with cinnamon and melted butter.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add condensed milk and vanilla. Mix until fluffy.
- Layer in cups: graham cracker crumbs, cream mixture, strawberries. Repeat layers once more.
- Chill cups in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve in clear cups to showcase the layers. Optional toppings include whipped cream, mint leaves, or a drizzle of strawberry syrup. Store assembled cups in the fridge up to 2 days for best texture.
