- 1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni (mini slices preferred)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing the crust)
Instructions
- Make the Dough: Mix flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast. Add warm water and olive oil; stir until combined. Knead dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Let rise in a greased bowl for 1 hour.
- Cook the Beef Filling: Brown the ground beef, drain, and add seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, pepper, and salt). Set aside.
- Assemble the Pie: Preheat oven to 375°F. Roll out dough and press into a pie dish. Spread pizza sauce, top with beef mixture, mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni slices.
- Bake: Brush dough with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and cheese is bubbly. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Freeze the baked pie for up to 3 months; reheat at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
