There’s something about pistachio and white chocolate that feels a little more indulgent.
And these bars really show it.
Thick, creamy layers packed with crunchy pistachios and smooth white chocolate, with just enough texture in every bite to keep things interesting. Soft, rich, and slightly nutty with a perfect balance of sweetness.

What you’ll need
For the base:
• 1 cup crushed graham crackers
• 3 tbsp melted butter
For the filling:
• 1 cup white chocolate chips (melted)
• ½ cup heavy cream
• ½ cup chopped pistachios
• ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
How it comes together
Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a lined pan to form the base.
Melt the white chocolate gently, then stir in the heavy cream, condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in the chopped pistachios.
Pour the mixture over the base and spread evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours until set.
Cut into thick bars.
The best part
Take a bite straight from the fridge.
The creamy white chocolate melts slightly, while the pistachios add that perfect crunch in every bite.
It’s rich, smooth, and just the right amount of texture.
