What you’ll need
For the chocolate shell:
• 1½ cups chocolate chips (melted)
For the filling:
• ½ cup pistachio cream (or blended pistachios with cream)
• ¼ cup cream cheese
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
For the strawberry layer:
• ½ cup strawberry puree or finely chopped strawberries
Optional crunch:
• 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
How it comes together
Melt the chocolate until smooth, then spread a layer into a lined pan or mold to form the base. Chill until set.
In a bowl, mix the pistachio cream, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
Spread the pistachio mixture over the chocolate base.
Add a thin layer of strawberry puree or chopped strawberries.
Top with more melted chocolate and smooth the surface.
Chill until fully set, then cut into thick bars.
