Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6–8 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
- 1 can of biscuit dough (or homemade yeast donut dough)
- Vegetable oil, for deep frying
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4–5 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
- Optional: Melted chocolate or white chocolate drizzle for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in crushed Oreos. Chill 15–20 minutes.
- Flatten each piece of biscuit or homemade dough into a round.
- Scoop 1 tsp of cheesecake filling onto dough, fold and seal into a ball. Roll to ensure sealed.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry 3–4 donut balls at a time until golden, 2–3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels. For baking: brush with melted butter and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes.
- Roll warm donut bombs in a mix of granulated sugar and crushed Oreos.
- Optional: Drizzle with melted chocolate or white chocolate. Serve warm.
Notes
Use double-stuffed Oreos for extra creaminess. Don’t overfill to avoid leaks. Chill filling for easier shaping.
