Oreo Cheesecake Donut Bombs

Oreo Cheesecake Donut Bombs are gooey, crunchy, cream-filled donut bites rolled in Oreo sugar—an over-the-top treat that’s pure indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 68 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 1 can of biscuit dough (or homemade yeast donut dough)
  • Vegetable oil, for deep frying
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 45 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • Optional: Melted chocolate or white chocolate drizzle for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in crushed Oreos. Chill 15–20 minutes.
  2. Flatten each piece of biscuit or homemade dough into a round.
  3. Scoop 1 tsp of cheesecake filling onto dough, fold and seal into a ball. Roll to ensure sealed.
  4. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry 3–4 donut balls at a time until golden, 2–3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels. For baking: brush with melted butter and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes.
  5. Roll warm donut bombs in a mix of granulated sugar and crushed Oreos.
  6. Optional: Drizzle with melted chocolate or white chocolate. Serve warm.

Notes

Use double-stuffed Oreos for extra creaminess. Don’t overfill to avoid leaks. Chill filling for easier shaping.
