What you’ll need

• 2 cups heavy whipping cream
• ¼ cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
• 1 box graham crackers or vanilla cookies

How it comes together

In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.

In a dish, spread a thin layer of cream, then add a layer of cookies.

Top with whipped cream and sliced strawberries.

Repeat the layers until everything is used.

Finish with cream and strawberries on top.

Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4–6 hours (overnight is even better).
