Mississippi Mud Brownie Pie
Some desserts are rich… and then there’s this one.
This pie takes everything you love about chocolate and pushes it further.
A deep, fudgy brownie base topped with a soft, slightly gooey center and a rich, chocolatey finish that melts with every bite. Dense, indulgent, and unapologetically chocolate-heavy.

What you’ll need
For the brownie base:
• 1 cup unsalted butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup cocoa powder
• ½ tsp salt
For the topping:
• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• ½ cup chocolate chips
How it comes together
Melt the butter, then mix it with sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
Mix in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until thick and smooth.
Pour into a greased pie dish.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 25–30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle marshmallows and chocolate chips on top, then return to the oven for 5 minutes until melted and gooey.
The best part
Scoop into it while it’s still warm.
The marshmallows melt into the fudgy brownie, while the chocolate stays rich and soft, creating that classic “muddy” texture that’s thick, gooey, and completely indulgent.
