Maple Bacon Cream Donut Bombs
There’s something about sweet and salty together that just works.
But these take it further.
Golden donut bombs filled with a smooth creamy center, glazed with rich maple sweetness, and topped with crispy bacon for that perfect contrast. Soft, warm, and packed with flavor in every bite.

What you’ll need
• 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
• Oil for frying
For the filling:
• ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
For the glaze:
• ¼ cup maple syrup
• 1 cup powdered sugar
For topping:
• 4–5 strips cooked bacon (crispy, chopped)
How it comes together
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Roll each biscuit into a ball and fry in hot oil until golden and puffed.
Remove and let cool slightly.
Fill each donut bomb with the cream mixture using a piping bag or small cut.
In another bowl, mix maple syrup with powdered sugar to form a glaze.
Dip each donut into the glaze, then sprinkle with crispy bacon pieces.
The best part
Take a bite while they’re still slightly warm.
The creamy center melts into the soft donut, while the maple glaze and crispy bacon create that perfect sweet-salty balance.
