There’s something about mango and coconut that just feels like sunshine in a cup.
These little layered dessert cups are creamy, soft, and full of tropical flavor. The mango brings that smooth fruity sweetness, the coconut adds richness, and every spoonful feels light, fresh, and just indulgent enough.

What you’ll need
For the base:
• 1 cup crushed graham crackers
• 3 tbsp melted butter
For the cream layer:
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 3 tbsp powdered sugar
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
For the mango layer:
• 1 cup mango puree
• 1 tbsp honey
For the coconut layer:
• ½ cup coconut cream
• 1 tbsp sugar
How it comes together
Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter, then press a small layer into the bottom of each dessert cup.
In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft and fluffy.
In another bowl, stir the mango puree with honey until smooth.
Mix the coconut cream with sugar until creamy and well combined.
Layer everything into the cups: graham base, whipped cream, mango layer, coconut layer, then repeat until the cups are filled.
Finish with a little extra cream on top and a few small mango pieces if you like.
The best part
Take one spoonful and go straight through every layer.
The mango, coconut, and cream blend together into a smooth tropical bite that feels fresh, soft, and incredibly easy to love.
