Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the mixture into a circle or rectangle shape.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, until golden and set in the center.
- Let cool slightly, then add your favorite toppings.
- Return to the oven just long enough to melt the cheese and warm the toppings.
Notes
Use full-fat cottage cheese for best texture and flavor. For a crispier base, bake a few minutes longer before adding toppings.
