Keto Cottage Cheese Egg Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and cottage cheese until creamy and smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the mixture into a circle or rectangle shape.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes, until golden and set in the center.

  7. Return to the oven just long enough to melt the cheese and warm the toppings.

Notes
