- 3/4 cup granulated erythritol or allulose
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter or coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Optional: 1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips or chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Add sweetener, cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in any optional add-ins.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until center is just set.
- Cool completely before cutting for best texture.
Notes
Let brownies cool fully to firm up. For extra fudgy results, use allulose as the sweetener and underbake slightly.
