Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Whisk together the eggs, half and half, salt, parsley, and black pepper in a large bowl.

- Arrange the tater tots in a single layer on top. Sprinkle with seasoning salt.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the tater tots are golden and crispy.
