Deep-Fried Oreo Cheesecake Cookie Bombs
Some desserts are meant to be shared…
and some are just meant to be experienced.
Golden, crispy cookie shells wrapped around Oreos and a creamy cheesecake center—warm, rich, and completely over the top in the best way. Crunchy on the outside, soft and melty inside.

What you’ll need
• 12 Oreo cookies
• 1 cup prepared cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For frying:
• 1–2 cups vegetable oil
Optional topping:
• Powdered sugar
• Chocolate or caramel drizzle
How it comes together
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Spread a thin layer of the cheesecake mixture onto each Oreo.
Take a scoop of cookie dough, flatten it, and place the Oreo in the center.
Wrap the dough around it, sealing completely into a ball.
Heat oil in a deep pan to about 350°F.
Carefully lower each cookie bomb into the hot oil.
Fry for 2–3 minutes, turning gently, until deep golden and crisp on all sides.
Remove and place on paper towels to drain.
While still warm, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate or caramel for extra indulgence.
The best part
Break one open while it’s still warm.
The outer shell stays crisp while the inside turns soft, creamy, and slightly melted—layers of Oreo, cheesecake, and cookie dough all coming together in one bite.
