Instructions
Step 1: Season and Sear the Chicken
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

- Sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.

- Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, fresh spinach, and Italian seasoning. Let spinach wilt.
Step 4: Finish Cooking the Chicken
- Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over it.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Step 5: Serve and Enjoy
- Garnish with additional Parmesan if desired and serve with mashed potatoes, pasta, or garlic bread.
