There’s something about warm cinnamon desserts that instantly feels like home.
But these take it further.
Soft biscuit bites with a creamy cinnamon center that melts as soon as you open them. The outside is lightly golden, the inside stays smooth, warm, and full of that sweet spiced flavor.

What you’ll need
• 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
• ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp melted butter
For coating:
• ¼ cup sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
How it comes together
Start by mixing the cream cheese, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth.
Flatten each biscuit slightly and place a small spoon of the cream mixture in the center.
Fold and seal into a ball.
Dip each ball in melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Place on a baking tray and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10–12 minutes until golden.
The best part
Break one open while it’s still warm.
That soft cinnamon cream inside melts just enough to create a smooth, rich center wrapped in a fluffy biscuit.
It’s warm, comforting, and dangerously easy to eat more than one.
