Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar. Press into a 9×13 pan. Chill or bake for 8 minutes at 350°F (optional).
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in whipped topping or whipped cream until fluffy.
- Spread half the cream mixture over the crust.
- Top with half the cherry pie filling.
- Repeat layers with remaining cream mixture and cherry topping.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
Notes
Use full-fat cream cheese for the best texture. For a fresh twist, swap in homemade cherry topping or try blueberry, strawberry, or peach variations.
