There’s something about caramel and coffee that just works.
But these take it further.
Soft, golden biscuit bites filled with a rich espresso-kissed caramel that melts into a warm, gooey center. Light on the outside, smooth and bold inside, with just enough sweetness to balance the coffee flavor.

What you’ll need
• 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
• ½ cup caramel sauce (thick)
• 1 tsp instant espresso powder
• 2 tbsp heavy cream
• 2 tbsp melted butter
For coating:
• ¼ cup sugar
• ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
How it comes together
In a small bowl, mix the caramel sauce with espresso powder and heavy cream until smooth.
Flatten each biscuit slightly and add a small spoon of the caramel mixture in the center.
Fold and seal into a ball.
Dip each ball in melted butter, then roll in sugar (and cinnamon if using).
Place on a baking tray and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10–12 minutes until golden.
The best part
Break one open while it’s still warm.
The caramel center melts instantly, blending with that hint of espresso into a smooth, rich filling.
It’s soft, warm, and just the right amount of indulgent.
