Instructions

  1. Prepare the Black Pepper Sauce – Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, black pepper, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  2. Cook the Beef – Heat a pan over medium-high heat, cook the beef until browned, then set aside.
  3. Sauté the Veggies – In the same pan, cook onions and garlic until fragrant, then add corn.
  4. Fry the Rice – Add day-old rice, break it up, and mix in the black pepper sauce.
  5. Combine and Serve – Stir in the cooked beef, top with butter and green onions, and serve hot.
